Our sausage holders are designed to hold your sausages in place to allow even rotation. This helps ensure your sausages are cooked evenly and consistently on all sides.
Clean using warm soapy water, or you can place all our SOSSBOSSER’s in your dishwasher.
We recommend you to lightly oil your sausages first and then cook over a low heat for best results.
All our SOSSBOSSER sausage holders are made from food grade 304 stainless steel. Those models with silicone use food grade high heat resistant silicone rubber, which can be exposed to temperatures of up to 230 degrees Celsius for prolonged periods of time.
Our Frypan model is wrapped in high heat resistant silicone rubber that is guaranteed to not scratch Teflon coated pans.

Mate, you nailed it! Sausage rollaway is most definitely one of the critical First World problems of our time and you have cracked the code, my friend! The sossies I cooked with SossBoss first up on the barbie were Tuatapere gourmet snarlers that are longer and thicker than the usual supermarket model, not fully contained within the wire loops, and initally they didn’t roll freely. But with just a bit of heat into them and the bangers starting to plump up the SossBoss kicked into action and I was able to roll them all uniformly to get a nice even tan all over. Fantastic result. Very satisfying. I think the next step is to secure one of your frypan friendly SossBossers for use in the kitchen. Nice one!
