Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Currently SOSSBOSSER only ships to New Zealand and Australian addresses, however, we are actively exploring international shipping options for our overseas customers. Please keep checking back so you can place an order once international shipping becomes available.

We do our best to dispatch your order using our courier provider within two business days of receiving it.

SOSSBOSSER combines shipping on multiple items, and this will be applied to your order automatically when you check out.

Delivery within Australia

Australia Wide: $11

Delivery times are usually between 3 – 7 business days from the date of postage.

Delivery withing New Zealand

New Zealand Wide: $5

Delivery times are usually between 1 – 3 business days from the date of postage.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet, but are likely to begin offering this service at a later date. Please keep checking back so you can place an order once international shipping becomes available.

Returns

We do not offer change of mind returns due to the fact that the postage cost of sending an individual SOSSBOSSER to you plus the cost of sending it back to us would cost about the same as the SOSSBOSSER itself.

While we have full confidence in our products, subject to our Terms and Conditions, returns are accepted for faulty items. Return of faulty items will be accepted unless deemed to have been caused through misuse or wear and tear.

Our returns process for faulty items is as follows:

  • Email SOSSBOSSER at alan@sossbosser.com to advise of the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund
  • Provided SOSSBOSSER accepts your return, send the item back to SOSSBOSSER ensuring that you use tracked postage
  • Once SOSSBOSSER receives your return, it will inspect the item to confirm the fault
  • Provided the product is accepted to be faulty, SOSSBOSSER will either send you a replacement or issue you with a refund depending on your preference.
 

Please note that where you opt for a refund, SOSSBOSSER will also refund you your original postage cost and reimburse you the cost of returning the item to us provided that cost is reasonable.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
